**Esthetician Late and Cancellation Policy** Thank you for choosing Angel Maker Aesthetics! To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all clients, we have the following policies in place: • Deposits: All deposits are nonrefundable. Your deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward the cost of your service. • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 HOURS NOTICE. This allows us to accommodate other clients and ensures your appointment time is reserved for you. • Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day of your appointment may incur a **service charge**. • Multiple Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule may forfeit their deposit and be required to prepay for future appointments. **By signing below, I consent to the treatment(s) and release the practitioner and/or the establishment from any liability related to the treatment, provided they are performed according to professional standards. I understand the potential risks associated with waxing, facial, and/or chemical treatments. I understand that while these treatments are generally safe when performed by a trained professional, there may be risks such as irritation, allergic reactions, skin sensitivity, or other unforeseen side effects. I confirm that I have been informed of the potential risks and have been provided with instructions regarding proper aftercare for the treatment(s) I will undergo.
